These guys are beyond 5 stars. They arent a dealership that just sell cars they care about their customers. I bought an s class a week ago off them. The service they gave me before purchasing the car was 10/10 and i had a fee concerns about a couple of scratches on the alloys. He insisted that he sorts this out and even let me have the alloys resprayed! Youll be seeing me again Thank you!

Things the retailer did well

What they did well: they talked to me. Sent a video, explained the warranty & breakdown covers. They, actually a young lady, walked me around the car on viewing and gave me time and space to look at the car by myself. Very busy place, people in and out of the office, cars everywhere but I was a customer and treated very well indeed.

I have purchased my first second hand car through Roadlink, Hayes. I haven't ever bought a second hand car since 2006, so the idea of doing something against what I've normally done was initially uncomfortable . I went to see a Mercedes at this sellers car park and ended up buying it on the spot. Rando, Aga and Amelia, even Rando's brother made me feel very welcome and they've kept their promises. I had small issues of which the car has been fixed almost immediately within the first week of having it. The car is stunning and good value for money. No matter how many reviews you read on how good they are , there's always that small feeling of what if"¦. But you can clear it from your conscience . They actually do look after you. The sale + after care service is amazing and they aren't pushy with making you buy. Which to me, made me feel comfortable . Currently looking at their in stock cars for my friend who wants to make a purchase too

If your looking for great service and great prices this is the place to be. Coming from Glasgow (7 hours away) we were a little dubious purchasing a car over the phone. However Leah and the team was absolutely amazing, patient and understanding. We drove down and the car and paper work was ready, we will be back in the future for sure.

Great customer service. Had the car delivered, unfortunately the car wasn't valeted and polished as you would expect it to be when driving off the forecourt. The 6 months warranty also beats the standard 3 months you get from most other dealers. All in all a good experience.

Travelling around the UK with the military I have dealt With many car dealerships, but I must say that Pav and his team at Roadlink are by far the best I have used. I traveled 3 and a 1/2 hours to pick up a BMW 530d. Another couple arrived earlier than me who wanted to buy the car if I didn't but the car was held for me as promised (the couple bought something different instead). Very pleased with the car and think it was reasonably priced - a lot of private sales are asking similar prices for the same car and similar mileage. Received excellent, friendly customer service and good post-sale support.
